While H-Sphere is an excellent Control Panel, it can, at times, be hard to understand for new users. This may help.

 

Below is a screen shot of an email panel with explanations of the options and what they do. This graphic is a thumbnail (small) copy and is too small to read.

To Add and Email

Click New E-mail

On the page that comes up (see below), follow these instructions.

1. Enter a name for the mailbox

2. Click the box next to Mailbox

3. Enter a Password... be sure to follow the password rules.

4. Enter any aliases you wish to use. (optional)

5. Scroll down and click SUBMIT
